2. What this site is

This site describes Archron, lets you contact our sales team, and links you to the Archron platform where you can create an account. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, or a warranty of any particular result. Your use of the Archron platform itself is governed by the terms you accept when you sign up there, not by these terms.

3. Contacting sales

Information you submit through the contact form must be accurate, and you must have authority to submit it on behalf of the organization you name. Contacting us does not by itself create a customer relationship or any obligation on either side.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Probe, scan, or test the security of this site or our systems without written permission, other than through our responsible disclosure process.
• Interfere with or disrupt the site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
• Submit false information, or another person's information without their permission.
• Scrape or reuse site content in a way that misrepresents Archron or its capabilities.

Security researchers are welcome. Follow the disclosure process on the security page and we will work with you.

5. Accuracy and forward-looking statements

We work to keep this site accurate, and we state openly which capabilities are live today and which are on the roadmap. Roadmap items are not commitments and may change. Where a page describes controls or integrations, it describes them as at the date shown on that page.

6. Intellectual property

The Archron name, logo, site content, and documentation are owned by Archron Inc. You may reference and quote them fairly, including in an internal evaluation or vendor review. You may not present them as your own or use our marks to imply endorsement or partnership.

7. Third-party names

Product names such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Claude, ChatGPT, and Grok belong to their respective owners. We reference them to describe compatibility. Reference does not imply endorsement by, or partnership with, those companies.

8. Third-party services on this site

The application form is provided by HubSpot and is subject to HubSpot's own terms and privacy policy in addition to ours. See our privacy policy for how the form and its cookies behave.

9. Disclaimers

This website is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing here is legal, compliance, or security advice for your organization.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archron Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of this website. Liability relating to the Archron platform is governed by your service agreement, not by these terms.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
